Most rebuilds wrap in seven days. Major projects — multi-page sites, large catalogs, location-by-location work — usually take up to two. Our team handles every step. No project managers, no hand-offs, no agency telephone. You can change direction at any of the first three checkpoints without renegotiating scope.
You send us the URL of your current site and a sentence or two on what's not working. We'll reply with whether we're a fit and how we'd approach the rebuild. If a project isn't right for us, we'll let you know honestly so you can move on without waiting on a sales process.
No long onboarding form. No "schedule a discovery call." Just one human reading your message.
We sit with what you have. The current site, your tone, your customers, your competitors. What you're proud of and want to keep, what you've outgrown, what your customers say when they describe you in their own words.
We come out of Discovery with a short shape-of-the-rebuild memo — pages, sections, voice, references. Yours to keep regardless of where we go from there.
A two-page proposal: fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed deliverables — and a quote scoped to your particular project. Pricing comes from the conversation, not a calculator; we don't publish set tiers because no two rebuilds are the same.
We also tell you what we won't do — usually a list of things that aren't your bottleneck — so you don't pay for work that wouldn't move the needle.
We meet on Zoom to walk through wireframes for every page, sample copy direction, mood references, and a typography proposal — and you tell us where it's wrong. For larger projects, we're happy to meet in person on request. This is the loudest checkpoint. Most projects shift meaningfully here, and that's the point.
Out of Kickoff you have final-direction sign-off. Past this point, scope is locked but customization within scope is unlimited.
We design and build in the same pass — wireframes become real pages on staging, comps become real interactions, copy becomes the final voice. Staging link shared as soon as there's something to look at, so you can check in on progress and leave timestamped comments whenever it suits you.
This is where customization happens. Every layout, every line of copy, every interaction — shaped to your business. If you want more or less detail, more or less personality, more or less polish, this is where it gets set.
DNS cutover, redirects, post-launch monitoring. We watch the site for the first few days and fix anything that needs fixing — quickly, without bouncing it back to you.
After launch, we move to a small monthly retainer. Minor updates, copy tweaks, the small maintenance every site needs every few months — handled by our team quickly and diligently, so you can keep running the business instead of becoming an accidental web admin. Scaled to what your site actually requires; no long contracts, no minimums, no surprise upcharges. Pause or end it any month.
Send the URL of your current site and a sentence on what's not working. We'll reply when we've read it — clearly and honestly, whether or not we're the right fit.
